This site sets no cookies and uses no audience measurement tool. The only personal data processed is what you send us through the contact form or by email.

Data collected and purpose

The contact form collects the nature of your request, your name, your email address, the content of your message and, depending on the case, your company, the link to your channel and the name of the person who recommended you. This data is used solely to answer your request and follow up on our exchanges.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, and on Haunted’s legitimate interest in answering the requests it receives.

Recipients

The data is intended for the Haunted team. Messages sent through the form are transmitted to and stored by Netlify, Inc. (United States), which hosts the site: they are therefore processed outside the European Union. Netlify complies with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and uses the standard contractual clauses published by the European Commission. Your data is neither sold nor transferred to third parties.

Retention

The data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request, then deleted or archived in accordance with legal obligations.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to hello@haunted.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

Technical logs

Like any host, Netlify keeps technical logs (IP address, date, page requested) to ensure the security and operation of the service.
